Enable Ventures and CIONIC Awarded Best Collaboration of 2023
Washington DC, January 17, 2024 — Real Leaders® is thrilled to announce its annual rankings of Top Impact Companies from around the world, featuring Enable Ventures, the first impact venture fund dedicated to closing the disability wealth gap while achieving competitive, market-rate returns, and CIONIC as one of the Top Impact Collaborations of 2023.
With over 500 applications from over 15 countries, the awards ranked privately-owned companies by asking 30 questions within six categories of I.M.P.A.C.T (Intention, Model, People, Accountability, Collaboration, and Transformation) to vet and rank companies based on those parameters.
Collaboration was the most common core value of the 2024 Real Leaders Top Impact Companies, with companies nominating a partner who helped them grow their impact. This award spotlights Enable Ventures and CIONIC, a neuro-tech startup on a mission to improve mobility through bionic clothing that stimulates the four major muscle groups in the leg, as one of the past year's best collaborations.

Now in its sixth year, the Real Leaders Awards rank privately-owned companies by asking 30 questions within six categories of I.M.P.A.C.T (Intention, Model, People, Accountability, Collaboration and Transformation) to vet and rank companies based on those parameters.
In addition to the new I.M.P.A.C.T categories, the awards debuted five new awards such as: Most Valuable Mission, Most Innovative Model, Most Impactful People, Best Collaboration, and Most Transparent.
